RETURNED GOODS. Goods which have been ordered in error or are not as expected cannot be returned or refunded. HVLP machines are covered under 12 month manufacturer guarantee. Faults caused by the customer through the misuse, wrong use of equipment, industrial or hire use cannot be covered. HVLP systems are manufactured to acceptable operational decibel standards for regular use in salons and by spray tan technicians. The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to understand fully the difference between the operational sound volume of airbrush (which is almost silent) compared with HVLP technology (around the sound level of a salon hairdryer) before purchasing and that is not satisfactory grounds to request a refund or return of goods.
