Delivery

Wherever possible Sunjunkie will deliver from stock. Delivery charges are as quoted on placement of order. Delivery times are only estimates and we assume no liability for delays in delivery however caused.

What Courier service do you use?

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Delivery is dependent on weight of item ordered and will be charged in accordance. UK Delivery information Orders received by 2pm on a weekday will be shipped the same day or in any case of unforeseen delay the following day. Orders received at the weekend on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. 

How much does delivery cost?

Our Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of your item, delivery costs will be displayed to you at our online checkout. Please note we offer a Free Delivery Service in the UK when you spend over £25 on our retail products and £100 on our Professional Products

How long does delivery take?

On orders placed before 2pm we guarantee the item(s) will be dispatched the same day, via Royal Mail UK General time is 1-3 working days or sooner. We do offer a guaranteed next day delivery at an increased cost. Please note Terms and Conditions apply to Free Delivery when requesting a refund please be sure to read our returns policy.

Can i change the delivery address?

On orders placed online we provide the option to ship to a different address than the one at which your card is registered. For security reasons, this service is discretionary, and we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately and we can try to amend them. Orders placed over the telephone must be shipped to the billing address. If the order has already left our office, then the delivery address cannot be changed. Usually all first time orders are only shipped to the billing address.

I am buying from outside of the EU, what happens to custom and import costs?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

A request must be made to Sunjunkie within 28 days of receipt of goods.

If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that all products purchased are returned kept in its original un-used and unopened condition original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All spray tanning equipment comes with a 1 year warranty and a manufacturers guarantee.

Should you wish to return any equipment A request must be made to Sunjunkie within 28 days of receipt of goods.

If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that all products purchased are returned kept in its original un-used and un-opened condition original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds will be subject to purchase price at the time of purchase. Carriage charges will not be funded but may be added as a credit onto your Sunjunkie account.

Returned goods will only be accepted where a Returns Authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the carrier, as the company accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
